Commercial roofing systems may also include metal B-decking beneath the roof assembly. When decking is damaged, deteriorated, or needs to be installed as part of a roofing project, our team can replace or install B-decking as needed.

We install commercial roofing products from Elevate, formerly known as Firestone, including APP 180 torch-down roofing and self-adhered EPDM systems.
Commercial roofs may have either wood roof decking or metal decking. If the existing decking is damaged or unsuitable, ML Best Construction can replace or install the necessary decking as part of the roofing project.
The timeline depends on the size, pitch, design, and condition of the roof. Many commercial roofing projects take more than one day to complete.
